  Carmen has worked in insurance for several years. She loves informing customers of their risks and helping protect them. She truly has a passion for helping see that families are protected with life insurance. She has seen how much life insurance can matter when you need it most. Carmen loves spending time with her family, volunteering at church, and having fun at local restaurants.

  Lori was born and raised in Saline County and because of this she really understands the needs of people in our community. She has almost 10 years of insurance experience and has the unique experience of being an adjuster. Because of this, she understands the claim process and can help the customers through a claim. Lori loves spending time with her family volunteering at church. She loves animals which is clear because she even had a pet snake.

  TJ Melton has been with the Benton office since March 2017. She loves discussing life and retirement and helping customers so their future is protected by setting up appointments with Dan, our personal customer representative. TJ and her husband were missionaries from the Philippines for over 10 years. She speaks fluent Tagalog. Only muscle cars will do for TJ.

  I was born in Missouri and raised in Arkansas. I try and live by the motto of “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to share it.” I am a published poet and used to be in a pop cover band. I love to create art and sing with my free time. I have been educated through 17 years of financial experience and my continuing education with insurance training. As a licensed staff I strive to make the customer experience the best possible and become a trusted representative. My work goal is to achieve the highest level of customer service possible to assist customers.

Her dedication to her work is evident in her commitment to providing a quality onboarding experience for sales agents making the transition to their agency. Additionally, she is passionate about helping new customers receive the necessary coverages to protect their assets and grant them confidence. Jordan's journey has taken her to various places, including Washington State, Oklahoma, and Texas, but she originally hails from right here in Little Rock, AR. Now, she finds solace and joy in spending time at home with her fiancé, a German Shepherd, and two affectionate cats. Beyond her work, Jordan has a fervor for nurturing her plants, exploring the open road on her moped, and cherishing quality time with friends and family.   Kevin Thompson is a proud Arkansas native with an impressive track record of over 16 years in Leadership and Operations. Kevin's journey began after graduating from Magnet Cove High School when he joined the US Navy, embarking on a series of overseas deployments. Serving onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71 as part of the Carrier 8 Strike Group, Kevin took on the pivotal role of a Search & Rescue Swimmer, showcasing his commitment to service and the safety of his fellow sailors. With a deep-rooted passion for Operations and a penchant for data, Kevin has established himself as a true guru in the field. However, what sets him apart is his genuine love for the hospitality side of the insurance industry. He firmly believes that "relationships are the core foundation of what we do," emphasizing the value of personal connections in the business. Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin finds great joy in spending quality time with his family, engaging in a wide range of wild and wacky adventures. With decades of experience, Lorrie has become highly skilled in understanding the needs of customers and helping provide them with the right coverage. Her favorite aspect of the job is interacting with customers, as she finds fulfillment in building relationships and assisting customers to help them feel supported and informed. Lorrie’s warm and approachable nature makes her a reliable figure in her community, and she takes pride in helping others navigate their insurance needs. Outside of work, Lorrie is deeply devoted to her family. She cherishes the time she spends with her grandson and values the close-knit relationships she has with her loved ones.
