  Benton Office Manager

  Lori was born and raised in Saline County and because of this she really understands the needs of people in our community. She has almost 10 years of insurance experience and has the unique experience of being an adjuster. Because of this, she understands the claim process and can help the customers through a claim. Lori loves spending time with her family volunteering at church. She loves animals which is clear because she even had a pet snake.

  Front Desk Representative

  TJ Melton has been with the Benton office since March 2017. She loves discussing life and retirement and helping customers, so their future is protected by setting up appointments with Dan, our personal customer representative. TJ and her husband were missionaries from the Philippines for over 10 years. She speaks fluent Tagalog. Only muscle cars will do for TJ.

  I was born in Missouri and raised in Arkansas. I try and live by the motto of “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to share it.” I am a published poet and used to be in a pop cover band. I love to create art and sing with my free time. I have been educated through 17 years of financial experience and my continuing education with insurance training. As a licensed staff I strive to make the customer experience the best possible and become a trusted representative. My work goal is to achieve the highest level of customer service possible to assist customers.

  Sales Development & Compliance Leader

  Jordan Broadwell is a valued addition to the Agency, bringing extensive experience serving Allstate customers since 2016. In her new role as Sales Manager, she is poised to make a significant impact on the agency, focusing on giving both sales agents and new customers top-tier service. Her dedication to her work is evident in her commitment to providing a quality onboarding experience for sales agents making the transition to their agency. Additionally, she is passionate about helping new customers choose the necessary coverages to help protect their assets and grant them confidence. Jordan's journey has taken her to various places, including Washington State, Oklahoma, and Texas, but she originally hails from right here in Little Rock, AR. Now, she finds solace and joy in spending time at home with her fiancé, a German Shepherd, and two affectionate cats. Beyond her work, Jordan has a fervor for nurturing her plants, exploring the open road on her moped, and cherishing quality time with friends and family. Jordan Broadwell's dedication to providing exceptional service, her love for her home and her animals, and her zest for hobbies and connecting with loved ones all shape her as a valuable member of the Agency.   Director of Agency Operations

  Graduating from Magnet Cove High School, Kevin went on to join the US Navy, deploying overseas 4 times with the Carrier 8 Strike Group onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71, where he also served as a Search & Rescue Swimmer and Division Leader for 8 years. Kevin has been representing Allstate for almost 4 years now and although Kevin is an Operations Jedi Master, he especially enjoys the hospitality side of insurance and often says that "relationships are the core foundation of what we do". In his spare time, Kevin enjoys the classics; faith, family, food, and football.

  I began my career in the insurance industry in 2019 and have since held multiple state licenses that allow me to serve customers with a broad range of needs. Growing up in Saline County and graduating from Benton High School gave me a strong appreciation for this community, and I am proud to now support the families and individuals who call it home. I am committed to providing customers with clear guidance, personalized solutions, and positive experience at every step. Building strong relationships and helping people protect what matters most is truly the most rewarding part of my work. I married my high school sweetheart, and together we are raising two wonderful boys who keep us busy and grounded. Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family whether that’s building race cars with my husband, relaxing on the lake, getting lost in a good book, or exploring the outdoors.

Her bilingual skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, allow her to connect with a diverse group of customers and make insurance accessible to a broader community. Mia’s enthusiasm for her work is driven by her love for meeting new people and her eagerness to learn everything there is to know about the insurance field. Outside of her professional life, Mia has a deep passion for animals and a lively home filled with seven pets. Her love for animals is a big part of who she is, and she takes great joy in caring for them. Another of Mia’s lifelong interests is music; she has been playing the violin since middle school, a skill she continues to hone. Whether performing a familiar piece or learning something new, the violin is a source of relaxation and creativity for her. Mia also enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring nature, finding balance and inspiration outside of her busy work life.   Kayla began her career in the insurance industry in 2020, starting in medical insurance before making the switch to Property & Casualty in 2022. By 2023, she joined the Allstate family, and in October 2025, she became part of our agency team as a Licensed Sales Producer. In her role, Kayla focuses on new business sales, with a passion for helping customers understand their policies and what they're paying for. Her favorite part of the job is turning what can sometimes feel like a confusing insurance conversation into something simple, approachable, and even enjoyable helping see each customer feels confident and cared for. Kayla speaks English (though she’s working hard on her Spanish through Duolingo vamos), and she loves connecting with people on a personal level.
