Lori was born and raised in Saline County and because of this she really understands the needs of people in our community. She has almost 10 years of insurance experience and has the unique experience of being an adjuster. Because of this, she understands the claim process and can help the customers through a claim. Lori loves spending time with her family volunteering at church. She loves animals which is clear because she even had a pet snake.

TJ Melton

TJ Melton has been with the Benton office since March 2017. She loves discussing life and insurance and helping customers, so their future is protected by setting up appointments with Dan, our personal customer representative. TJ and her husband were missionaries from the Philippines for over 10 years. She speaks fluent Tagalog. Only muscle cars will do for TJ.

Lee Nickols

I was born in Missouri and raised in Arkansas. I try and live by the motto of “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to share it.” I am a published poet and used to be in a pop cover band. I love to create art and sing with my free time. I have been educated through 17 years of financial experience and my continuing education with insurance training. As a licensed staff I strive to make the customer experience the best possible and become a trusted representative. My work goal is to achieve the highest level of customer service possible to assist customers.

Jordan Lowe

Jordan Broadwell is a valued addition to the Agency, bringing extensive experience serving Allstate customers since 2016. In her new role as Sales Manager, she is poised to make a significant impact on the agency, focusing on giving both sales agents and new customers top-tier service. Her dedication to her work is evident in her commitment to providing a quality onboarding experience for sales agents making the transition to their agency. Additionally, she is passionate about helping new customers choose the necessary coverages to help protect their assets and grant them confidence. Jordan's journey has taken her to various places, including Washington State, Oklahoma, and Texas, but she originally hails from right here in Little Rock, AR. Now, she finds solace and joy in spending time at home with her fiancé, a German Shepherd, and two affectionate cats. Beyond her work, Jordan has a fervor for nurturing her plants, exploring the open road on her moped, and cherishing quality time with friends and family. Jordan Broadwell's dedication to providing exceptional service, her love for her home and her animals, and her zest for hobbies and connecting with loved ones all shape her as a valuable member of the Agency. Kevin Thompson

Graduating from Magnet Cove High School, Kevin went on to join the US Navy, deploying overseas 4 times with the Carrier 8 Strike Group onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71, where he also served as a Search & Rescue Swimmer and Division Leader for 8 years. Kevin has been representing Allstate for almost 4 years now and although Kevin is an Operations Jedi Master, he especially enjoys the hospitality side of insurance and often says that "relationships are the core foundation of what we do". In his spare time, Kevin enjoys the classics; faith, family, food, and football.

Holly Nall

I began my career in the insurance industry in 2019 and have since held multiple state licenses that allow me to serve customers with a broad range of needs. Growing up in Saline County and graduating from Benton High School gave me a strong appreciation for this community, and I am proud to now support the families and individuals who call it home. I am committed to providing customers with clear guidance, personalized solutions, and positive experience at every step. Building strong relationships and helping people protect what matters most is truly the most rewarding part of my work. I married my high school sweetheart, and together we are raising two wonderful boys who keep us busy and grounded. Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family whether that’s building race cars with my husband, relaxing on the lake, getting lost in a good book, or exploring the outdoors.

Kat Duester

Kat began her insurance career in 2018 and joined our team in 2025. She values the relationships she’s built with long-time customers. Outside of work, she’s an artist and sculptor who brings creativity and care to every interaction.

Triston Auld

Triston joined in 2025 and specializes in Home, Auto, Business, and Life insurance. His approachable style and customer focus helps see customers feel fully informed and confident. Outside of work, he enjoys barbering, hiking, and disc golf.

Sarah Holbrooks

Sarah has nearly six years of insurance experience and brings energy, warmth, and a passion for helping customers. She’s a proud mom of five and lifelong Saints fan who loves music, road trips, and beach walks.

Crystal Neal

Crystal joined the agency in 2025 and focuses on onboarding new customers. She loves helping customers save money and feel secure in their coverage. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoors and has a soft spot for pandas.

Kayla Rutherford

Kayla began her career in the insurance industry in 2020, starting in life/health insurance before transitioning to Property & Casualty in 2022. She specializes in new business sales and is passionate about helping customers clearly understand their policies and the value behind their coverage. Kayla takes pride in turning what can often feel like a confusing insurance conversation into something simple, approachable, and even enjoyable. Helping see customers feels confident, informed, and well cared for.

Alexis Turnage

Alexis joined in 2025 and helps new customers set up their Home, Auto, and Commercial coverage. Based in Benton, she enjoys time with her two boys, her pets, and cooking homemade meals for her family.

Mandy Beaty

Mandy has been serving Allstate customers since 2017 and currently leads our service team. With a deep commitment to top-notch customer care, Mandy’s mission is to build the best service team in the business—one that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional experiences at every turn. Family is her pride and joy— she’s a mom of two and proud grandmother of one. Outside the agency, Mandy and her husband love camping, relaxing at the lake, and traveling together.

Emily Barnes

Emily Barnes entered the insurance industry in 2017, bringing a strong foundation of discipline and experience to her career. She joined the Agency to help drive growth, lead key initiatives, and mentor producers at every level of experience. As Director of Performance Growth, Emily focuses on developing talent and creating opportunities for long-term success across the organization. In her leadership role, Emily is dedicated to driving results through strategic coaching, mentorship, and professional development. She works across a diverse portfolio of insurance options, including Home insurance, Auto insurance, and Annuities. The most rewarding part of her role is witnessing the “aha” moment when a producer masters a complex concept and recognizes their own potential. Emily is known for turning high-level strategies into clear, actionable steps that inspire measurable growth. Beyond insurance, Emily has a deep passion for health and wellness. She is a Licensed Physical Therapist and also holds certifications as a Yoga, Pilates, and DMC Nutrition and Instructor. She channels that passion into giving back through a remarkable community effort, preparing and vacuum-sealing more than 1,000 casseroles each month for customers in need. Through this initiative, Emily helps make healthy, home-cooked meals more accessible while continuing to serve others both professionally and personally.

Shelbie Koncaba

Shelbie Koncaba moved to Central Arkansas in 2013 and has spent the years since building strong roots in the community. She has been in the insurance industry since 2014 and is proud to be part of the Agency. Shelbie loves helping people feel confident and secure in their coverage, taking the time to listen to their needs and help them have the right protection for themselves and their families. Family is at the heart of Shelbie’s life. She has been married for over ten years and is the proud mother of two daughters who keep life busy, fun, and full of energy. Their household also includes cats, dogs, and a bearded dragon, there’s never a dull moment. When she’s not working, Shelbie enjoys volunteering at her daughters’ school, traveling with her family, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and community members. Helping others is more than just a job for Shelbie—it’s her passion. She takes pride in building genuine relationships with customers, understanding their concerns, and assisting them with coverage that gives them confidence. Jill has been working in the insurance industry since September 2021. She enjoys helping customers feel confident that they're properly insured by informing them on their coverages and identifying needs they may not have even realized they had. Outside of work, Jill loves singing, Broadway shows, and spending time at the beach-yes, beach even a man- made lake beach counts.

With 6 years in the insurance industry, and recently welcoming the joy of my first child, I understand how important it is to protect what matters most. I value family, clear communication, and making insurance simple and stress-free. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, traveling, and firing up the grill or smoker for family and friends.

David Griffiths

David Griffiths began his insurance career in 1998 in the United Kingdom and joined the Agency in 2022. In his role, he offers policy choices on many types of insurance. David enjoys helping customers find options for their insurance needs, especially in situations that require creative problem solving and specialized coverage. With decades of industry experience, David takes pride in helping customers feel supported no matter how unique or complex their insurance situation may be. He values building relationships through knowledge, service, and a commitment to helping find the best fit for each customer. Originally from the United Kingdom, David has also lived in Texas before eventually settling in Arkansas. Outside of work, he is a keen motorcyclist who enjoys the freedom and adventure of being out on the open road.

Caitlin Cawhorn

A dedicated Customer Service Representative at Allstate Insurance, I bring years of hands-on experience in delivering thoughtful, reliable support and building strong relationships with customers. I take pride in creating positive experiences through clear communication, patience, and problem-solving. Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud single mom of four amazing children—12-year-old twins, a spirited 7-year-old, and a nine-month-old—who inspire me every day. Balancing a growing family with my career has strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and commitment to showing up with care and purpose in everything I do. I am also looking forward to furthering my education as I work toward earning my bachelor’s degree and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
